Four members of staff have been suspended from a care home owned by a company already facing allegations of abuse at another site.
Castlebeck, which owns Rose Villa in Bristol, confirmed that the workers face claims of misconduct.
It also owned Winterbourne View near Bristol, where abuse was filmed by an undercover BBC journalist for Panorama.
A spokeswoman said: "We can confirm that four members of staff have been suspended following allegations of misconduct. In accordance with our policy we have notified and are working with all relevant authorities as enquiries are being conducted.
"As this process is ongoing we are not able to comment further at this time."
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) carried out an inspection of Rose Villa on July 1, and two members of staff were suspended after concerns were raised about safeguarding.
According to the BBC, another member of staff was suspended in June after a whistleblower went public, and the fourth worker is accused of mishandling a patient.
Rose Villa is a rehabilitation centre for adults with learning disabilities. The CQC report on the home is due to be published in the next few weeks.
Winterbourne View, in Hambrook, South Gloucestershire, was closed in June after horrifying allegations of abuse were made and 13 members of staff were suspended.
The Panorama footage appeared to show vulnerable residents with learning disabilities being pinned down, slapped, doused in cold water and repeatedly taunted and teased.
