Police appeal after boy, 11, goes missing while on bike ride in Wales

An 11-year-old boy has gone missing while on a bike ride in a Welsh village.

The boy, named by police only as Marley, was last seen around 6.30pm on Wednesday in the west Wales village of Tumble, where he lives.

He was wearing a navy Jack Jones hoody, black tracksuit bottoms, and grey Under Armour trainers, said Dyfed-Powys Police on X, formerly Twitter. "He is about 4ft tall. He was riding a bright red Giant brand bike," it added in the appeal.

Marley was last seen in Bethesda Road.

Tumble lies between the towns of Carmarthen and Llanelli, in Carmarthenshire.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to contact Dyfed-Powys Police by calling 101 or emailing 101@dyfed-powys.police.uk, quoting reference DP-20240103-351.
