A woman who rushed to the aid of 50 teenagers following the Manchester terror attack and ushered them to a nearly hotel has been hailed as an “angel".

Paula Robinson, 48, was at Victoria train station next to the Manchester Arena on Monday night when a suspected suicide bomber killed 22 people, including children, at a pop concert and injured 59 others.

She says she saw “dozens” of teenage girls frantically screaming and fleeing the blast, and quickly directed them to run away from the stadium.

Ms Robinson took the stricken teens to a nearby Holiday Inn hotel, before circulating her phone number of social media so that worried parents could contact her.
