Adorable footage of the UK’s first polar bear in 25 years has emerged.

The video released by Channel 4 shows the tiny cub exploring its confines and claims that is already “confident and curious.”

The fluffy cub was born three months ago at Royal Zoological Society of Scotland's Highland Wildlife Park at Kincraig to its mother Victoria.

In the footage the cub is seen bounding round its mother and eating snow.

The cub was born the week before Christmas, and its birth was initially only confirmed by by high pitched noises heard coming from its enclosure.
