Twitter’s chief executive Jack Dorsey has become the latest boss of a social media giant to have his account taken over by hackers.

OurMine, which has previously targeted Facebook boss Mark Zuckerberg and Google’s Sundar Pichai, hacked into Mr Dorsey’s Twitter and Vine accounts early on Saturday morning.

They posted several Vine videos on Mr Dorsey’s account, which also appeared on his Twitter feed.

A tweet, which has since been deleted, read: “Hey, it’s OurMine, we are testing your security.”

It also carried a link to the hacking group’s website.

Last month, Google boss Mr Pichai had his Quora account hacked and a similar message was posted.

Mr Zuckerberg also saw his Twitter account compromised, with the group revealing his Linkedin password.

Twitter, which owns Vine, has been approached for a comment.
