Billionaire Jeff Bezos has been making moves to try and make ‘eternal youth’ possible.

‘Altos labs’, a new Bezos-backed company, says it is going to use cellular technology to “rejuvenate” human life.

The company, based in San Francisco and Cambridge, says it’s looking at ways to “safely reprogram cells and tissues via rejuvenation pathways” that will eventually extend lifespan.

New research indicates antimicrobial resistance is now a leading cause of death worldwide.

Tech & Science Daily spoke to co-author of the study, Dr Catrin Moore, Associate Professor, at the Centre for Tropical Medicine and Global Health.
