Prince Harry and Meghan Markle might be new to Los Angeles (well, sort of, Meghan is originally from LA), but rumor has it they’ve already made the ultimate best friend: Adele.

According to the Daily Mirror, the former royals and the British singer currently “live five minutes apart” from each other in Beverly Hills, and have become fast friends - even with the coronavirus pandemic’s social distancing requirements.

“Adele’s just five minutes from Harry and Meghan and they’ve swapped notes on the area,” a source told the Daily Mirror.

“She’s also recommended her four-year-old son Angelo’s pre-school and discreet places to take Archie where they won’t be bombarded by fans,” they said of Adele’s advice for the Duke and Duchess’ one-year-old son.

“All three of them get on so well. Meghan admires how Adele has managed to keep out of the spotlight despite being a huge star,” the source added.

Though Harry and Meghan’s friendship with Adele has yet to be confirmed, it wouldn’t be entirely surprising. The couple is reported to have previously met Adele in 2018, when the singer visited the Hubb Community Kitchen with them in support of the survivors of the Grenfell Tower fire.

Adele also wouldn’t be the Duke and Duchess’ first LA friend.

Prior to their move, Harry and Meghan had a whole crew of pals in the area that included late-night talk show host (and fellow Brit) James Corden, actress Priyanka Chopra and even Beyoncé and Jay-Z.

They had also received plenty of invitations to hang out from celebrities like Margot Robbie (who met Harry through model Cara Delevingne in 2016), and even Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez, who had dinner with Harry and Meghan in Miami earlier this year.
