They’re down with the kids in Argentina

Game of Thrones star Sophie Turner has good reason to be smiling — the Argentine President, Cristina Kirchner, has declared herself a huge fan of the political fantasy series. While Turner joined the likes of Sanjeev Bhaskar and Meera Syal at The Brewery for last night’s Bafta Craft Awards, Kirchner took to Twitter to rave about the show. She revealed that her favourite character is the Mother of Dragons and that she’s been begging DirecTV to give her preview tapes of season three. It looks like all the cool political leaders are getting hip and trendy.
