Petra Kvitová celebrated her Wimbledon win by attending the champions’ dinner at the Royal Opera House last night alongside men’s singles winner Novak Djokovic. Kvitová beat Eugenie Bouchard on Saturday but did not need to spend Sunday seeking a dress worthy of a champion.
Last week Andy Murray’s mother Judy revealed that tournament organisers have it all under control. “You go down to the locker room and there’s this Aladdin’s cave of clothes and shoes and accessories and hair stylists. It’s all there,” she said. Hopefully she and her son will be on next year’s guest list.
