Spectator editor Fraser Nelson has set the low-tax cat among the pigeons.

“I understand, for example, that Google is considering moving its European headquarters from Dublin’s ‘Silicon Dock’ to Britain,” he writes in today’s Telegraph. Some believe this is unlikely given the corporate tax implications of relocating but it would be a PR coup. No doubt it will be the talk of next week’s Google Zeitgeist conference in Hertfordshire.
