The Groucho Club has witnessed much hedonistic behaviour but is it ready for some England cricketers? Jimmy Anderson, named in reports as one of the players who urinated on the Oval pitch, and Graeme Swann will host a quiz at the club later this month.
Groucho members are reminded that “any touching, fawning, gibbering and genuflecting is undignified” when the cricket stars appear. Let’s hope the duo can find the gents.
