Estate agents selling this one bedroom 'detatched house' in south east London today confirmed the building has full planning permission and is on its own plot of land.

The single storey property, adjacent to much larger residential homes, measures 415 sqft and also has off street parking, according to its description.
A description of the advert by estate agents Kinleigh and Folkard describes the building as a “bright and airy one bedroom house conveniently located between Honor Oak and Peckham Rye.”
It comes with a kitchenette, bathroom as well as a front and rear garden, although there is no mention whether it would be shared with anybody else.
A spokeswoman for Kinleigh and Folkard confirmed the building has full planning permission from Southwark Council.
She said: "The property itself is located on a separate plot, not in the back of a garden, and has full planning permission from the local council."
Local authorities in the capital previously launched a crackdown on “beds in sheds”, concealed in back gardens, which were being sold or rented for living purposes without being granted planning permission.
Last year an unauthorised outhouse being rented out for up to £200 a week owned by lottery winner George Traykov was demolished by Hounslow Council.
