A fashion graduate stamped on a woman with her stiletto heel in a drunken Valentine’s Day brawl over a bar stool, a court heard.

Jadine Kimberley Shaw-Grant, 33, inflicted wounds to the thigh and foot of City executive Alejandra Millan-Doussin at Kensington Roof Gardens.

This week a judge ordered Shaw-Grant to observe a night-time curfew and banned her from pubs and clubs after she was found guilty of assault.

It follows a series of violent incidents at the venue in Kensington High Street, which was forced to bring in alcohol restrictions to curb rowdy behaviour.

Hammersmith magistrates heard how Ms Millan-Doussin, 39, had spent the evening drinking champagne with her husband Alexis Doussin, 34, at the Roof Gardens on February 14 last year.

Shaw-Grant and her friends took away a bar stool the couple were using, Ms Millan-Doussin said, and “when I went to ask them for it they were aggressive”. CCTV recorded the victim falling to the floor amid a melee and Shaw-Grant is seen stamping on her.

Ms Millan-Doussin, who works at accountancy firm Moore Stephens, said: “I blacked out, I did not feel anything, it was scary.” Her husband, who was also knocked down, said he saw his wife being kicked and punched as she lay prone on the dancefloor. Shaw-Grant, of Bromley, claimed she had only kicked Ms Millan-Doussin to try to make her let go of her friend’s hair. But prosecutor Manjit Mahal said it was a “deliberate stamp”, leaving a stiletto heel-shaped mark on the victim’s leg.

District Judge Richard Inyundo im-posed on Shaw-Grant an 8.30pm-6am curfew, to run for 10 weeks, and a six-month community order. She was also banned from pubs and clubs for four months and told to pay £480 costs plus £100 compensation to the victim.

The judge said: “At least one injury was caused by a stiletto and drink was clearly involved. You should have stopped and thought before carrying on.” Shaw-Grant has a degree in fashion buying and brand management from Ravensbourne — formerly Bromley College of Art, whose alumni include David Bowie and Stella McCartney.

Last May the Roof Gardens, whose clientele has included Cara Delevingne and Keira Knightley, was ordered to stop serving alcohol an hour earlier on Friday and Saturday nights.

Kensington and Chelsea council imposed the measure after police reported four serious assaults and seven more minor incidents at the venue over an eight-month period.

John Brown, managing director of Virgin Limited Edition, which runs the club, said at the time: “We are very proud of the Gardens and we take our responsibility very seriously.”
