Tottenham: Motorcyclist suffers life-threatening injuries after hitting lamppost

A motorcyclist has suffered life-threatening injuries following an accident in Tottenham.

Police were called at 4.16am on Saturday following reports that the motorcyclist had collided with a lamppost on Watermead Way, N7.

The 28-year-old was taken to an east London hospital where his injuries have been assessed as life-threatening.

The Met has issued an appeal for witnesses of the incident.

Anyone who witnessed the collision or who has dash cam footage is asked to contact police on 101, quoting CAD1300/10JUN.
