Scramble for giant eggs is set to begin

10 April 2012

Thirteen Fabergé eggs today toured London landmarks before the capital's biggest Easter hunt.

The Fabergé Big Egg Hunt hopes to raise more than £2 million for the Action for Children and Elephant Family charities when it begins on Tuesday. The 13 giant eggs are among more than 200 designed by architects, artists and fashion designers and were driven in an open top bus. They were accompanied by children from Haverstock School in Camden, who won the chance to decorate one of the eggs. The eggs will be hidden around London and everyone is encouraged to find them.
