Daria Radionova, from Knightsbridge, hit the headlines after she purchased the black supercar - which is covered in two million Swarovski crystals – in 2019.
Pictures have now emerged showing severe damage to the rear of the vehicle. Daria was not inside at the time and it is believed that another vehicle crashed into it as it was parked.
She posted an update on her Instagram page earlier which appears to be in relation to the incident, writing: “I hope karma slaps you in the face before I do”.
The Instagram model was mobbed by fans in 2019 when she paraded the newly-purchased car around Sloane Street in Knightsbridge.
The Lamborghini Aventador, which can reach speeds of 217.5mph, underwent a severe makeover after the Instagram-model splashed out thousands for a Tooting-based company to place two million jewels on the car. The job reportedly took workers 700 hours to install the crystals by hand.
It also has a personalised number plate reading “DAR 11A”.
She posted pictures of the car to her 626,000 followers last week, boasting: “What’s more sexy, front or back?”
In 2014 she had one million Swarovski crystals placed on her silver C-class Mercedes, which was an early 21st birthday present.
Speaking at the time, she told the Standard: “I have a lot of jewelry - diamonds are a girl’s best friend. That’s why I have a car that looks like it is covered in diamonds. I have them everywhere. I’d like to encrust everything in crystal.
“I love shoes, I have hundreds of pairs - my collection is crazy. But only Louboutin and Louis Vuitton, I don’t wear anything else. All my handbags are Louis Vuitton, too. Proper bags. Almost all my clothes are (Tunisian designer) Alaia, which Kim Kardashian likes. People say I could be a Kardashian sister.”

She added: “The car cost at least £50,000, then I spent £20,000 on the Swarovski crystals for it. It cost me another £15,000 to fly in my team from Russia to put them on the car for me.
