A property advert offering a static caravan in Croydon to let as a "farm/small holding" has confused potential renters.
The two-bed static caravan, in Grange Road, South Croydon, is available to rent for £1000 a month, and is being advertised by estate agent Choices.
The post advises house-hunters to call early to avoid disappointment, boasting that the property includes a garden, and comes with all bills included.
The advert states: "The property comprises of a double bedroom, a twin room, a kitchen, and bathroom.
"Additional benefits include a garden and the property is within walking distance to Purley Oaks Train Station.
"ALL BILLS INCLUDED!!! AVAILABLE NOW. CALL NOW TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!"
A spokeswoman for Choices said there had been "quite a bit of interest" in the property.
