Police want to speak to two people who may have witnessed an incident in which a homeless man was killed during a collision on a busy bridge.

Marian Albu, 47, died in the early hours of December 22 after he was in a collision with a taxi and a double-decker bus on Westminster Bridge Road in central London.

Police and paramedics were called at 1.15am but he was pronounced dead at the scene.

Det Sgt Jeff Edwards from the Hampton road death investigation unit said: "We have identified from CCTV two witnesses who could be key to piecing together the last moments of Mr Albu's life.

"I would urge them to call us on 020 8941 9011 or anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111."

No-one has been arrested in connection with the incident.
