28 March 2012

JLS will perform for seriously ill children at a charity concert in the Royal Albert Hall this summer.

Five hundred children with chronic and life-limiting illnesses will be given tickets with the rest going on sale to the public.

Aston Merrygold from JLS told the Standard today: “Music is always a powerful way to communicate a message.” The concert on June 7 is organised by charity Rays of Sunshine. One of those attending will be Georgia Uphill, seven, from Exeter, who suffers from neuro-development disorder Rett syndrome.

Tickets will be on sale from April 4.
