The advert describes the studio as a fully furnished, double-glazed flat equipped with a fridge and table-top cooker, and says gas, internet, electricity and water bills are included
The property also comes with access to a laundry with a washing machine and dryer, and a communal area including a lounge, shared garden and balcony.
However, the ad does not draw attention to one of the flat's more unusual features - a toilet in a shower.
The unconventional bathroom arrangements are likely to raise a few eyebrows among potential renters - although to some it may perhaps appear to be the height of convenience.
