Detectives are searching for a woman in connection with an assault at a Tube station in Tottenham.

A woman in her 30s intervened in a bid to diffuse an argument between a man and woman at the Seven Sisters London Underground station at around 10pm on Friday, April 5.

However, she was assaulted by the woman while trying to calm the situation.

The British Transport Police has released CCTV images of a woman that they’d like to speak to about the incident.

Anyone who recognises her, or has any other information, is asked to contact police by texting 61016 or by calling 0800 40 50 40 quoting reference 725 of 05/04/2024.
