A woman was racially abused abused while taking the bus with her three young children in east London, police said.

The black victim was targeted as she took a route 370 bus in Romford with her three young children, including one in a pushchair, according to detectives.

The woman is said to have boarded the bus at Romford bus station at around 8.15am on January 5.

A white woman, also with a pushchair, is then alleged to have with her back to her and subjected her to racist abuse throughout the journey to North Street in Hornchurch.
