Video footage of the sinister moment a London commuter handed over a large quantity of cash after being threatened with a knife has been released.
The CCTV film shows how a smiling pair of men escorted a 22-year-old man to a cash machine from a train at Victoria station after claiming they had a knife.
Later, one of the men can be seen standing by the ATM as the man withdraws the money.
Having initially been cornered on the train at Gillingham station, he tried to escape but was held against his will, police said.
As one man took items from his bag, another apparently pressed an object against the man's leg, saying it was a knife.
Detective Constable Denis Mahoney, who is leading the investigation, said: "This was understandably a very frightening ordeal for the victim and I would urge anyone who recognises the men pictured to get in touch, as I feel they may be able to greatly help the investigation."
