One man stabbed and another found injured on nearby bus after fight in west London

One man was stabbed and another injured after a fight in west London this morning, police said.

Officers arrested one of the men, 46, on suspicion of GBH after they were called to the incident, in Uxbridge Road, Ealing. He had been found on a bus with cuts to his hand, according to police.

Another man was found nearby with a stab wound to the abdomen at around 5.50am.

The pair were taken to separate west London hospitals where they are being treated for non life-threatening injuries, a Met police spokeswoman said.

Witnesses said police had cordoned off an N207 bus and two takeaways on the shopping street this morning.
