A man is fighting for his life after two people were stabbed in a fight in Notting Hill last night.

Police said the second victim is seriously injured after the men were, aged in their 20s, were found on opposite sides of Kensington Church Street.

Paramedics called police to the scene in Kensington Mall at around 3.30am.

Detectives then found another man with stab wounds just yards away in Royston Court.

A Scotland Yard spokesman said: "Two men, both believed to be in their 20s, were taken to hospital, where they remain in stable conditions. One person is critical and another is seriously injured."

Officers from Kensington and Chelsea are investigating.

No arrests have been made and cordons remain in place, he added.
