A father was stabbed in the leg and punched in the head by Rolex robbers on bicycles as he walked home from dropping his children at school.

The man, in his fifties, was targeted for his £7,000 watch as he walked down Ashchurch Grove in Shepherd’s Bush at 10.30am on Wednesday last week.

Police said he was approached by two young men on bikes who demanded he hand over his watch.

When he refused, the suspects produced a knife and threatened him before stabbing him in the leg and punching him in the head.

The victim surrendered the watch and the suspects rode off towards Ravenscourt Park.

They are described as aged between 15 and 20. One was white, the other black.

Anyone with information should call police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
