Police are hunting a man wanted in connection with two assaults and a theft in west London.

Members of the public were warned not to approach Matthew Taylor, 23, who is wanted in connection with three offences which happened in Hounslow last year.

The Met said Taylor, of Feltham, failed to appear in court last June in relation to an assault in January 2014.

A spokesman added: "Officers are also keen to trace Taylor in relation to a further assault which occurred in Feltham in August 2014, and a mobile phone theft which occurred in Hounslow town centre in November 2014.

"Police would like to hear from anyone who may know of Taylor's whereabouts. If you have any information please contact police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111."

Anyone who sees him is urged to call 999 immediately.
