This is the moment a man trashed a convenience store and left a shop worker injured during a row about an Oyster Card.

The attack erupted after a customer was told he could not top up his card at Supersaver in Penge, south-east London.

A man flew into a rage after a 32-year-old employee explained the machine was broken.

He then hurled items at the sales assistant at the store, in High Street, who attempted to shield himself with his arms.

After becoming increasingly irate, the man launched a display rack at the worker before trashing the shop counter and throwing sweets onto the road outside.
