Police are appealing for models who may have been sexually assaulted by a photographer to come forward following his conviction.
Shaun Colclough, 40, of Hackney, was found guilty of sexually assaulting a 27-year-old woman and 25-year-old woman when they visited his studio in Wallis Road, Hackney.
Snaresbrook Crown Court heard Colclough, a freelance photographer, persuaded aspiring models to undress as he took pictures of them for their portfolios.
In March 2011 a 27-year-old woman said she was touched intimately by Colclough after he persuaded her to take off her clothes.
The same month another 25-year-old woman met Colclough at the studio and was persuaded to undress. She was touched and kissed by Colclough, despite her efforts to escape.
A complaint was made to police by the first victim and Colclough was arrested a short time after an investigation was launched.
After his computer equipment was seized and studio searched police were able to identify the second victim.
He was sentenced to four years for assaulting the first victim and three years for the 25-year-old woman, to run consecutively.
Police are urging any other potential victims to come forward.
Detective Constable Richard Brierley of Tower Hamlets CID said: "It is possible that other women have suffered similar assaults, and I would urge any other victims to contact police. They will be given the full support of specially trained officers and their allegations will be thoroughly investigated."
Colclough was found not guilty of two further counts of sexual assault against two other women.
