Three men have denied murdering a nursery school teacher as she celebrated her birthday.

Mother-of-one Sabrina Moss, 24, was gunned down in Kilburn on August 24 last year, after an evening out with friends.

Martell Ricco Warren, 22, of Station Road, Hassan Hussain, 29, of the Willesden and Yassin James, 19, of Chaplain Road, Wembley, deny any involvement in her death.

Appearing via video link at the Old Bailey today, the men pleaded not guilty to a murder charge and two counts of possessing a firearm.

They also pleaded not guilty to the attempted murder of Sabrina's friend, 24-year-old Sabrina Gachette, who was injured in the same shooting.

A fourth man, Simon Baptiste, 29, of Rondu Road, pleaded not guilty to conspiracy to cause GBH.

The group were remanded in custody ahead of a trial scheduled for June 3.

Three men, aged 20, 21 and 23, and a 23-year-old woman, remain on bail pending further enquiries.
