A man has been rushed to hospital after being stabbed in an attempted robbery at a Crouch End off licence.

Police were called to the shop on Crouch End Hill at about 5pm on Sunday.

A man was found at the scene suffering stab injuries. His condition is not believed to be serious, a Met spokesman said.

Pictures showed forensics officers sweeping the pavement outside Crouch End Hill Food & Wine for evidence.

No arrests have been made, the spokesman added.
