Man, 52, held in murder probe 'after woman falls from seventh floor of flats' in Hove

A man has been arrested on suspicion of murder after a woman in her 30s reportedly fell from the seventh floor of a block of flats in Hove.

Sussex police said officers were called to Clarendon House in Clarendon Road at 5.53am on Saturday.

A 52-year-old man has been arrested.

The force said the police watchdog the IOPC had been notified “in view of recent police contact with the two people” who the force said were known to each other.
