Man 'exposes himself and tries to photograph dog walker'

A man allegedly exposed himself in broad daylight to a woman walking her dog before attempting to take a photograph of her.

The victim, who is in her 50s, was flashed by a white man, thought to be in his 20s, as she walked along the common by Christ Church Road, Epsom, Surrey Police said.

The man, who had fair hair and some facial hair, also reportedly attempted to take a photograph of the victim.

The suspect was wearing a blue hooded top with the hood up, grey tracksuit bottoms and light coloured trainers.

PC Tom Arthur, from Epsom safer neighbourhood team, said: “If you were in the area at the time and saw the incident or noticed anybody acting suspiciously please contact us.

“We take incidents of this nature very seriously and any information you have could help us identify the perpetrator and bring him to justice.”

The alleged incident happened between 7pm and 7.30pm on Wednesday.
