A teenager has appeared in court charged with murdering a 17-year-old boy in Palmers Green.

Kreshnik Etemi, 18, Muswell Hill, was remanded in custody after the hearing at Highbury Corner Magistrates' Court today.

Etemi, of Hill Road, stands accused of stabbing Joshua Folkes, known as Money J, to death outside his friend's home in north London on Tuesday.

He will face a second hearing at the Old Bailey on Monday.

Police said today they had arrested another teenager in connection with Joshua's death.

A 17-year-old boy was arrested in Clerkenwell this morning on suspicion of murder and remains in custody at an east London police station, Scotland Yard said.

A post-mortem examination gave the cause of Joshua's death as a stab wound to the chest.

A 15-year-old girl arrested in Enfield on Wednesday in connection with the murder has been released on bail pending further inquiries.
