Police are hunting a man with religious tattoos following an alleged attempted rape of a woman in south-east London.

An image of Harrison Ndirangu, 28, has been released by the Met after the alleged incident at an address in Bromley on March 22 2015.

Despite extensive enquiries to locate Ndriangu, officers have so far been unable to trace him.

Ndirangu is described as a black man of large build, approximately 6ft 1ins tall and at the time of the offence had short black twisted hair.

He also has a number of tattoos, including ‘In God I trust’ written across his chest, a holy cross sign on his right arm, and the word ‘God’ as well as a handgun tattooed on his left arm.

His last known address was in Mottingham, south-east London and he also has connections with the Bromley area.

Officers are appealing for anyone with information of his whereabouts to call police on 101 or to contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111. Alternatively, members of the public with information can email: Kevin.Gore@met.police.uk
