A man is in a life-threatening condition after being stabbed multiple times in a west London high street.

Paramedics called police to Hounslow High Street just before 5am on Sunday.

The 30-year-old victim had sustained multiple stab injuries and was taken to hospital.

Police said in a statement just before 10am that his injuries are life-threatening.

There have been no arrests, with officers appealing for information.

Anyone who can assist is asked to call police on 101, quoting reference CAD 1854 of October 27.
