Croydon stabbing: Woman charged with murder after man stabbed to death in south London

A woman has been charged with murder after a man was found stabbed to death at a property in south London.

Police were called by paramedics to a residential address in Clyde Road, Croydon, following reports of a stabbing at about 7.40am on Sunday.

The 29-year-old man had suffered knife wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.

Charlotte Kerr, 35, of Clyde Road, has now been charged with murdering him.

She will appear at Croydon Magistrates' Court on Tuesday.

The man’s next of kin were informed following the fatal stabbing.
