Police are hunting a pervert who sexually assaulted a woman after following her to her workplace.

Officers today released a CCTV image of a man they want to track down following the harrowing attack in Bloomsbury, central London.

The 20-year-old woman was followed down some steps leading to her workplace and then sexually assaulted, police said.

The incident took place on Sunday, March 29, at about 7.15am in Bedford Place.

Detective Constable Arif Sheikh from Camden CID said: "I am appealing for anyone who recognises this person to come forward and speak to police.

"The victim was followed to her place of work and was subjected to a shocking attack."

Anyone with information should call Camden Police on 101, quoting reference number 2308112/15, or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
