A boy has been arrested by police investigating the sexual assaults of two six-year-old girls during a trip to Legoland.
The juvenile was questioned by officers after the girls were “touched inappropriately” in the Castaway Camp playground in the Pirate Shores area of the Windsor theme park on August 11.
The boy has been released on bail until December 2 pending further police inquiries.
A Thames Valley Police spokesman said: "A boy has been arrested in connection with the sexual assault of two girls at Legoland Windsor Resort.
"The offence happened at Castaway Camp in Pirate Shores between about 12.15pm and 12.30pm on Thursday August 11 this year.
"The offender touched the victims, two six-year-old girls, inappropriately.
"This morning, police officers from Thames Valley Police arrested a boy in connection with the offence. He has been released on police bail until December 2.
"This is remains a live investigation and we continue to appeal for the public's help."
