Nicole Scherzinger 'stopped traffic as she opened door of moving limo as she felt sick'

Nicole Scherzinger hit the tiles with boyfriend Lewis Hamilton last night, days after reportedly causing a car crash when she tried to get out a moving limousine on a street in London.

The former X Factor judge was said to have felt sick while being driven down Victoria Embankment last Thursday and opened the limo door before the car had stopped.

Scherzinger, 26, has had a busy schedule filming the video for her new single Run, and promoting her new album Big Fat Lie but managed to get in some down time last night holding hands with her Formula 1 beau after meeting fans at an HMV signing.

The singer looked chic in a monochrome two-piece and crop top to go for dinner at Japanese restaurant Zuma in Knightsbridge, while Lewis was casual in a baseball cap and trainers.
