Model-turned actress Lily Cole celebrated the start of 2013 with Twitter founder Jack Dorsey on a yacht moored off St Barts in the Caribbean.
Cole, 25, looked happy and relaxed as she soaked up the sun with Dorsey, 36, who is worth an estimated $1.1 billion. She has apparently not had a romance since splitting from her long-term boyfriend, actor Enrique Murciano, in 2011.
But she clearly enjoyed her break with Dorsey, giving him massages and meditating on board the yacht as well as taking photographs of the island.
At home in London, she is remodelling the apartment she bought at St Pancras in 2006 and which she finally moved into last year.
