YouTuber challenges the idea that London is less friendly than northern cities by carrying out ‘social experiment’

A YouTuber has baffled commuters with a social experiment which hopes to show that Londoners can be approachable to strangers.

The Sheffield presenter’s uplifting social experiment saw him offering Londoners a free meal as a random act of kindness to challenge the widely accepted view that the capital is less friendly than northern cities.

The idea came to him after he was given a free pair of trainers by the President of K-Swiss, Barney Waters.

Goldiing decided to pay it forward on London’s streets.
