Here you'll find everything from colonics to infrared saunas and lymphatic drainage treatments on offer

Just a stone’s throw from its former home within Harrods, Urban Retreat has re-opened inside a beautiful and expansive white townhouse in the heart of Knightsbridge.

Still offering all of the old favourites its loyal clients will love, there’s now also a roster of holistic and medical wellness treatments spread over five floors.

In the basement sits the Khera-Griggs Cleanse Clinic complete with colonic irrigation, personalised cleanse programmes and nutritionists on hand to offer up tailored advice. The space will host a schedule of workshops, talks and residencies with global experts, yogis and spiritual healers.

A new women’s wellness centre provides everything from smear tests to hormone screening under the expert guidance of Harley Street legend Dr John Studd, with a focus on peri-menopause and menopause-related issues.

For gym bunnies there's personal training, yoga and Pilates taught by Harry Styles’ trainer Gaby Noble.

Wellness nerds will love the infrared saunas, IV drips, meditation sessions, lymphatic drainage treatments and paraffin wax baths.

For the beauty kings and queens there’s a barbers, hair salon, CND Nail Lab for manis and pedis, SumanBrows and on-site makeup artists. Alongside classic products like Decleor, Shu Uemura, Omorovicza and SkinCeuticals, Urban Retreat is also using more niche products like Kjaer Weis, Albiva and Frances Prescott.

It’s also the only place in Europe to stock Frederic Fekkai haircare – he’ll be popping over from New York regularly for hair appointments too.

It doesn’t stop there. Lark & Berry is all set up for piercings and there’s soon to open a body art studio for all your (tasteful) tattooing needs.

If you don’t fancy a treatment, everyone’s welcome to pop in for a healthy green juice or tasty brunch at FlavoUR, the in-house restaurant. The menu has been curated by executive chef Pete Taylor and, though healthy with vegan and dairy-free options, they’ll also be serving up cocktails and organic wine.
