Brave a murder mystery weekend

Sleuthing: visitors can solve a murder mystery in luxury at Wotton House
10 April 2012

Rather than cracking the shells of chocolate eggs this Easter, crack a murder case during a stay at a luxurious hotel. Joy Swift invented the concept of the murder mystery weekend in 1981. Unfolding over the course of three days, her Original Murder Weekends place guests at the centre of a real time police investigation. The mystery begins at 8pm on Friday and ends on Sunday morning with an Inspector unmasking the perpetrator and rewarding those who successfully exercised the little gray cells.

There is a recommended minimum age of 16. There are more weekends scheduled for the month ahead in Sanderstead, Surrey (16-18 April), Little Horwood, Buckinghamshire (23-25 April), Dorking, Surrey (30 April-2 May). Swift is currently running her first ever online murder mystery at www.murdermysteryinvestigations.com.
