Hairdresser Hayley Rothewell at We Are Cuts, 7 Royalty Mews, W1, is a brilliant colourist. Half-head, £50; full head, £90 (020 7287 3337).
Facialist Louisa Hutton at Eve Lom at Space NK, 127-131 Westbourne Grove, W2. Her Ultimate Cleanse facials are simple but the best I've ever had and keep my skin looking radiant. £90 for one hour (020 7727 8002). I always apply lots of moisturiser, especially in winter.
Masseuse I see Alejandro Rossetti for Shiatsu massage and he gives me a real boost. Arrange an appointment at The Floatworks, 1 Thrale Street, SE1 (020 7357 0111) or he does home visits, too (07828 817 973).
Acupuncture If I need to feel centred, I visit Emma Campbell for acupuncture and Shiatsu. £50 for one hour; 8 Hop Gardens, WC2 (07971 289 557; acupuncture-works.co.uk).
Insider tip For night-time make-up, I love it when all the focus is on the eyes with lots of black eyeliner, full lashes using Rimmel's 1-2-3 Looks Mascara, £7.99, and nude lips (rimmellondon.com).

Naomie Harris
33, actress

Hairdresser Neville Hair and Beauty salon, 5 Pont Street, SW1. Paul Stubbs does my colour: half-head, £140-£170; full head, £180-£250; and Ciler Peksah cuts it: cut and blow-dry, £85 (020 7235 3654).
Manicurist Alex Sedur at Neville's is quick and thorough. I have a manicure and pedicure at the same time so I can be in and out in an hour and transformed from head to toe. Manicure; £30, pedicure, £50.
Facialist Kathleen Granados at Pacifica Day Spa in Notting Hill and Hampstead. She had problem skin growing up so she knows how to control break-outs and get skin glowing again. £75 for one hour (pacificadayspa.co.uk).
Masseuse I love Shiatsu. Other massages make me feel more, rather than less, stressed. Shiatsu is less intimate as you stay fully clothed and you leave feeling like you're walking on a cloud with your body stretched and all your pressure points manipulated. I see Paula Kent at 9H Hedgegate Court, Powis Terrace, W11. £45 per hour; home visit from £60 (020 7727 9584).
Insider tip My favourite place to go for pampering is Champneys in Tring. They have virtually every beauty treatment you can think of. My favourites are reflexology and the Indian head massage (£40 each for 45 minutes; champneys.com).

Eva Green
29, actress

Hairdresser I worked with Wakana Yoshihara on the film Franklyn and she is fantastic; very creative and collaborative. By appointment only (wakanayoshihara.com).
Facialist Sherrille Riley at Daniel Hersheson, 45 Conduit Street, W1, is brilliant and leaves my skin clear and luminous. £75 for one hour (danielhersheson.com).
Personal trainer I see Tim Jones for an hour three times a week and he is amazing. He identifies areas of the body that are weak and improves your posture dramatically. He makes me fit but not too muscly, concentrating on my wellbeing as a whole. However, I can't enjoy red wine or pasta any more because I feel guilty knowing what he is going to say. £90 per session, minimum £900 (tjfpersonaltraining.com).
Masseuse Mari Ryalen is the best masseuse not only in London but worldwide. She specialises in remedial deep tissue, Mayan and Tibetan massage. Home visit, £70 for one hour; £95 for 90 minutes plus taxi fare (mariryalen.com).
Insider tip I went to see hypnotherapist Sarah Collier at 7 Harley Street, W1, to give up smoking and it worked. Now I don't have to shiver outside restaurants. £150 per session, 2-3 appointments are necessary (sarahcollier.co.uk).

Caroline Sieber
26, stylist and Chanel ambassador

Hairdresser Charlie Chan at Michaeljohn, 25 Albemarle Street, W1, for the best, most technically accurate haircut. An added plus is Charlie's astrological forecast – whatever he tells you will come true. £153 (020 7629 6969). Adam Reed at Percy & Reed, 157C Great Portland Street, W1 does the most subtle and natural highlights in London. Half-head, £160; full head, £185 (020 7637 4634).
Facialist Maria Di Chio at Spa NK, 127-131 Westbourne Grove, W2, for the Eve Lom Ultimate Cleanse. I like traditional, unfussy facials. £90 for one hour (020 7727 8002).
Manicurist Eva Mazur at Spa NK, 40 Hans Crescent, SW1, is speedy. £42 for one hour (020 7581 8271).
Masseuse Saba at The Berkeley spa, Wilton Place, SW1. My back troubles me when I'm stressed; I leave feeling like a different person. Full body massage, £90 for 55 minutes (020 7201 1699).
Insider tip Chanel's anti-ageing cream, Sublimage Fluid, has worked wonders – it gives me an amazing glow. Recently I have also been taking Innéov Imperfections D-Tox supplements, developed by Nestlé and L'Oréal, and I have definitely noticed a difference in my skin texture. They are not yet available here yet (inneov.fr).

Alice Temperley
34, designer

Hairdresser I see Nicola Clarke at John Frieda. Going to the hairdresser can be quite traumatic, I've had a few too many bad colour experiences, but I have finally found someone I feel comfortable with. Half-head, £190; full head, £300 (johnfrieda.co.uk).
Facialist Oxygen Plasma + Ultra-Sound Facial with Alice Hav at Beauty Works West, 8-9 Lambton Place, W11. This rejuvenates, plumps and moisturises the skin. £125 for 80 minutes (020 7221 2248).
Manicurist Anna Budzyn at Cowshed, 119 Portland Road, W11. The manicure and pedicure are the ultimate luxury. Manicure, £40 for 45 minutes; pedicure, £45 for one hour (020 7078 1944).
Masseuse Consuelo is nanny to my 18-month-old son Fox. Multi-talented, she teaches us yoga and is the most amazing masseuse ever.
Insider tip Kate Dixey is a brilliant acupuncturist, with a relaxed aura that affects you as soon as you're in her presence. £70 for one hour (020 8960 9091).

Laura Bailey

Hairdresser My hairdresser (and confidant) is Josh Wood at Realhair, 6-8 Cale Street, SW3. He's taken my hair back to a natural-looking dark, streaky blonde. From £1,000; Josh's assistants are from £375 (020 7589 0877).
Facialist Una Brennan has looked after my skin for a decade. She has the most amazing healing hands I've given Una's facials to all my girlfriends for their birthdays and they're equally addicted. £110 (020 7313 9835).
Manicurist I go to Cowshed, 119 Portland Road, W11, for nails and waxing with Anna Budzyn and sometimes stay for lunch, too. They do the perfect pedicure followed by the perfect cupcake. Manicure, £40 for 45 minutes; waxing, from £10 (020 7078 1944).
Masseuse Thai yoga massage is my monthly treat and I've gone to Kinga Karlsson at Zen, 32 Notting Hill Gate, W11, as long as I've lived in London. Hardcore pummelling and stretching with added empathy and wisdom. £55 for one hour (020 7229 8666).
Insider tip TenPilates has changed my attitude to exercise. I'm still by nature a lonely long-distance runner but TenPilates has made me taller, bendier and maybe even happier. £25 per class at 2-4 Exmoor Street, W10, 16 Berkeley Street, W1, and Barley Mow Passage, W4 (tenpilates.com).

Donna Air
30, model

Hairdresser I go to Hari's, 305 Brompton Road, SW3. I just had a fab Brazilian blow-dry there that straightens your hair for between three and four months, making it much easier to manage. £200 (020 7581 5211). Or my friend Belle Cannon's salon, Realhair, 6-8 Cale Street, SW3. Cut and colour, £250 (020 7589 0877). They are both excellent and know exactly how I like my hair.
Facialist Ferre Parangi at Neville Hair and Beauty, 5 Pont Street, SW1, gives me the best Deep Moisture Facial ever. The day after I feel like I've had a face-lift. £80 for 45 minutes (020 7235 3654).
Personal trainer Grant Breeze: he is an excellent investment even as a one-off to give you exercises to do at home. £50-£65 per hour (07720 032 928).
Reflexologist Keah Lan is gorgeous in every way. She comes to my home and has a magic touch. From £55 for one hour (mobilehealing.co.uk).
Insider tip Bikram yoga is a great detox. £14 per class, at 25 Heathmans Road, SW6, and Hildreth Street Mews, SW12, (hotbikramyoga.co.uk). The steam room at Home House does the same – it's brilliant; as is the resident facial acupuncturist Annie Defoe, £170 for 90 minutes (07516 099 010). My favourite product is Supremya from Sisley, £445; the best anti-ageing night cream. Or, for everyday, Elemis Pro-Collagen Marine Cream is a classic moisturiser, £70 for 50ml.

Julia Restoin Roitfeld

Manicurist Opi at Selfridges, Oxford Street, W1, has a brilliant range of colours and the manicure lasts much longer than anywhere else. £30 (020 7318 3401).
Insider tip I swear by Pilates.

Billie Piper
27, actress

Hairdresser I see Sibi Bolan at Daniel Hersheson for my hair colour. I've worked with her for six years and she's taken it from platinum blonde to chocolate with reds in between. She's a colour genius. Half-head, £170; full head, £210; 5th Floor Harvey Nichols, SW1 (020 7201 8797).
Facialist Debbie Thomas, also at Harvey Nichols, has changed my skin completely. I had appalling skin before I met her. Doctors were keen to get me on a course of drugs, but by cleansing my skin regularly and changing products (Debbie prescribes SkinCeuticals and SkinMedica TNS) it is now better than ever. I can eat dairy products and drink wine and still maintain a smooth complexion. £195 for 90 minutes (020 7201 8797).
Insider tip I go to Cowshed, Carnaby Street, W1, for a back massage and waxing. I see Kat Bell who is wonderful; pain-free waxing is not to be underestimated. Waxing, from £10. I also use the Cowshed Spa range to keep my skin soft and smooth (cowshedonline.com).
