Pitti Uomo street style: The best looks from the 'menswear mecca'

Twice a year, in January and in June, the men's fashion throng decamps to Florence, Italy, for Pitti Uomo – a gathering dubbed 'the mecca of menswear.'

Stretching over four days, Pitti summons fashion brands, retail buyers and some of the most stylish bad boys in the world.

For the Spring Summer 2020 installation – Pitti Uomo 96 – we roved the Fortezza de Basso in search of the most stylish men and found an ample selection.

Key trends spotted were double-breasted suits, safari-esque ensembles, and head-turning stripes and prints served in both muted and bold hues.

On the accessories end, the two closet necessities for summer seen at the Italian menswear fair were neckerchiefs and sunnies to amp up effortless cool.
