Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher have become the latest celebrity couple to list their property on Airbnb. The unique selling point, in this case, is that people can stay for free.

The actors are opening up their Santa Barbara County beachfront home to a group of four guests for one night only.

Applicants will need to apply through Airbnb for a chance to stay at the picturesque home on August 19. They will need to have an Airbnb account and a good record on the platform to be in with a shot.

Guests who secure their spot will be able to enjoy stunning views of the ocean and access to a jacuzzi and BBQ on their patio deck.

The rest of the house provides a light, airy feel and lots of open space for lounging and relaxing by the ocean.

In the Airbnb advert for their home, the couple wrote: “As actors, entrepreneurs and parents, we know how important it is to disconnect and recharge – and we’re excited to become Airbnb Hosts to share our respite with you.”

The advert continues: “Our Santa Barbara County beach house is our home away from home, especially when we’re in need of some R&R (you fellow parents know what we’re talking about). Steps from the beach, and with beautiful views of the Santa Ynez mountains, you’ll find no shortage of sights and plenty of activities to make for an unforgettable summer stay.”

The property listing claims that Ashton and Mila will be at the property to welcome their guests and even take some memorable pictures during their stay. Food and snacks will be provided during the one-night stay.

Ashton announced the listing on social media when he shared a video in which he discussed the idea with Mila. In the clip, Mila seemed slightly surprised by the proposal. “It’s not the craziest idea I’ve had…stay with us at our beach house and leave like we’re old buds!” he captioned alongside the post.

For those wondering what they can do during their stay, the couple suggested they could drink coffee on the beach and explore local hiking trails while soaking up the summer sun.

Given that check-in time for the actors’ home is 4pm and checkout is at 11am, there’s not much time for visitors to appreciate all the local sights.

Mila and Ashton are not the only well-known faces that are making the most out of the Airbnb experience. Goop founder Gwyneth Paltrow recently listed her gorgeous Montecito home on the platform for a one-night stay. Paltrow also offered to meet guests on arrival and said Goop-inspired snacks would be available during their stay.

The advert said: “My Montecito home is my sanctuary for respite and mental clarity. I go there to recharge, to daydream about what we’re building at Goop and to reconnect with my family and treasured friends. Whether you’re seeking a place for unexpected connection or for well-deserved solitude and reflection, when you come to stay, I hope you’ll get as much joy out of the home as I do. Plus, I’ve loaded up your stay with some of my favorite goop essentials to nourish your body, mind and soul.”
