Watch the sunrise over London while practising your mindfulness
Venue: Rumpus Room bar at the Mondrian
Jochan Embley3 June 2015

The Rumpus Room bar at the Mondrian hotel is usually known for stylish parties and celebrity events.

But as of next week, from 7-8am every Monday morning, it will be transformed into a venue for yoga enthusiasts.

The Rumpus Room, situated on the 12th floor of the hotel, has an entirely glass side, offering views north and south of the London skyline from its Southbank location.

The class, called Sunrise Yoga, is taken by instructor Rebecca Keenaghan and will mix the Ashtanga, Hatha and Vinyasa styles of yoga.

Each session can accommodate up to 20 people, with the cost coming in at £17 for hotel residents and £20 for day guests.
