Indian designer Little Shilpa unveiled her latest creation on the Alchemy Cobra Catwalk at the Royal Festival Hall last night.
The bespoke headpiece, modelled by Holby City actress Laila Rouass, is made entirely from the raw ingredients of Cobra Beer - including barley, hops, maize and the bottle itself.
Little Shilpa, named Accessories Designer of the Year by ELLE and Marie Claire magazines, shot to international acclaim when Lady Gaga revealed herself to be a fan of the milliner's work.
