One of fashion's most well-respected photographers, Mario Testino began his 'Towel Series' in 2013 when he noticed an off-duty Kate Moss on the set of a shoot.

Relaxed and post-shower, the British supermodel was in her dressing room wearing a dressing gown and a towel on her head when Testino decided to capture the moment with her and post it to his Instagram.

Four years later and the photographer's 'Towel Series' has taken off, with the likes of US Vogue editor Anna Wintour, actresses Blake Lively and Kristen Stewart, and models Naomi Campbell, Kendall Jenner, Karlie Kloss and Gigi Hadid all having posed for a pared-back shot.

Even Ben Stiller has appeared in the series, posing as his much-loved character Zoolander.

But while Testino's towel portfolio seems never-ending, it retains a sense of exclusivity in terms if its subjects.

One star who has yet to be photographed for the album is Rita Ora, who took it upon herself to channel the look at last night's MTV EMA's in London.

Hosting the night, Ora arrived on the red carpet wearing little more than a white dressing gown and towel wrapped around her hair.

Dripping in diamonds and adding height with a pair of pointed stilettos, Ora's take on the towel series was a somewhat more glamorous one.
